TRAINING PROGRAMS - current
SPRING SPRINT TRIATHLON TRAINING - begins the week of April 28th
6 weeks of swim.bike.run drills and technique, endurance, open water swimming (for those who need it), brick training, transition work, and a practice triathlon plus on line communication for workouts, schedules, and progress
We will set the program based on your needs and work with the group to schedule trainings together as much as possible. We have training sessions in the morning and evening and weekends.
COST: $135 for YMCA members; $155 for non YMCA members; $115 for TEAM Y tri members *** cost includes registration into SPOTSYLVANIA YMCA SPRINT TRIATHLON - June 8th (our target event)

Option - we always have the "drop in" option IF the entire program does not work for you - HOW IT WORKS: you pick and choose the training sessions you need, can attend, want - and pay $8 per drop in (practice triathlon is an "OT" - $15) ... just attend the desired training sessions and pay at the front desk
